MANON - Head Coach
French-born dancer and wellness expert, Manon trained at renowned institutions like the Royal Ballet School of Antwerpen and the Alvin Ailey School. As a certified trainer she blends her dance background with fitness and nutrition coaching to support sustainable, healthy lifestyles. Currently, she teaches Barre, Pilates, and conditioning classes across NYC, sharing her love for movement and well-being.
ANNE - Nutritionist and Chef
Food and nutrition expert with a Master’s in Food Studies from NYU, Anne combines industry experience with a passion for education. From managing Blue Apron's marketplace to conducting nutritional analysis at Le Botaniste, she’s certified in Plant-Based Nutrition and dedicated to helping others adopt healthy eating habits. Anne is eager to inspire positive lifestyle changes through her teaching and wellness expertise.
SARA - Yoga instructor
Sara is a seasoned yoga instructor and mother of two, originally from Switzerland with Italian and Spanish roots. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and prenatal yoga, having completed her training in the U.S. in 2023. Previously, she worked as a medical assistant in pediatric care, blending her passion for health and wellness with hands-on support. A dog lover at heart, Sara is dedicated to mindfulness and compassion in all aspects of her life.
OSCAR - Improvisation and Dance Instructor
Oscar Antonio Rodriguez is a Venezuelan-born artist based in Brooklyn, NY. With a background in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.) and an MBA in Marketing and Project Management, he later pursued his passion for dance, earning an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. In 2020, he completed his 200HR Yoga Teacher Training at ID Hot Yoga Studios, where he has been teaching regularly since.
As a professional dancer, Oscar has an extensive career in theater and film, with credits including Return of Eva Peron (Gala Hispanic Theatre), Aida (Metropolitan Opera House), Evita (Swing), On Your Feet! (Swing), In the Heights (Ensemble), and West Side Story (Bernardo, Pepe).
Oscar has worked with notable dance companies, including Cherylyn Lavagnino Dance, Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre, and Lydia Johnson Dance.
RACHEL - Pilates, Barre, and Gyrotonic Instructor
Rachel is a freelance dancer, writer, and movement instructor based in NYC. She believes exercise should be a celebration of the body and the strength of the mind. Rachel strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients to reach their wellness goals. She holds a BFA in Dance and Certificate in Arts Management from UMASS Amherst and is certified in Mat Pilates, Barre, and the Gyrotonic® expansion system.
MIKE - Well-Being Workshops
Mike combines multiple modalities into a holistic view of health and fitness to help everyone remove limitations and perfom at their best long term. He specializes in a functional-neurology approach inspired by the Z-Health method, as well as optimizing lifestyle, habits, and environmental factors to build a comprehensive wellness plan.
Mike is a passionate learner and teacher, and strives to spark the same curiosity in his clients that led him down the road of understanding how the body works and improving his own health.

JULIE - Pilates, Yoga and Barre Instructor
Julie is a passionate fitness instructor based in NYC with over a decade of teaching experience. Originally from Massachusetts, she moved to NYC at 18 to pursue the performing arts, with credits including Symphony Space, Brooklyn Dance Festival, and the Special Olympics. Julie specializes in Pilates, barre, and group fitness, and is also a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor and 200HR yoga teacher. She is dedicated to helping clients become stronger, healthier, and the best versions of themselves with a focus on individualized, enjoyable workouts.
TAYLOR - Martial arts, Kickboxing Instructor
As a senior earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, I am an ACE-certified personal trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and hold a pre/postnatal certification. I have been training in martial arts, including karate, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, since I was sixteen years old. Since 2018, I have been teaching both one-on-one and in group settings, focusing on resistance training, strength & conditioning, and combat fitness. My mission is to introduce individuals to the transformative power of combat sports in a supportive environment, free from the intimidation often associated with gyms, while empowering them with the confidence to learn and master new skills.
ISAAC - Dance & Improv
Isaac Kerr is a dance artist and educator from Ontario, Canada. A graduate of the Alvin Ailey School in New York City, he has trained with renowned institutions such as the Joffrey Ballet School, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and Alonzo King LINES Ballet. Kerr has performed with Armitage Gone! Dance, Jennifer Muller/The Works, Abe Abraham, and Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre.
In addition to his stage work, he has appeared in television productions including Star Trek: Discovery, Workin’ Moms, and The Next Step. Most recently, he completed a tour with Disney, performing in Frozen: A Musical Spectacular, The Golden Mickeys, and Disney Dreams.
